Decompose to recompose
Taking computers apart was my favorite pastime as a 12-year-old. As I learned more about them, I started putting pieces together to build computers. The decomposing habit became the basis of recomposing. Today, that mindset is the foundation of my design practice that guides me through complex notions and problems. Breaking them down into the most elemental concepts, I analyze and understand. When opportunities emerge, I dive into them bravely and start to construct with all the insight. My designs grow into the form of a logo, a typeface, a piece of motion, lines of codes, or all of them combined.
